I have 3 power supplies pulled from a working Dell Server. As you know these are set up for triple redundancy so hardly get any wear and tear on them.

I do network consulting and usually set my clients up on a 3 yr. replacement cycle for computers. Between the 2 and 3 year mark I replace their computers / servers and purchase the old system and sell the parts (or entire system if the value’s still there). Mostly on a 2-3 year old machine the parts are worth more than the whole.
